1. Service Description

This platform is a SaaS solution developed and maintained by Software BU. Its purpose is to help clients digitally record document, operational, inspection, and safety information through configurable modules tailored to the organization type. Access and use are subject to these terms.

2. Access and Authentication

Access to the system is limited to users authorized by each client. Authentication is performed using unique credentials or mechanisms defined by the client's administrator. The client is responsible for managing user access and keeping information up to date.

3. Client-Generated Content

Each client is solely responsible for the content created or uploaded within their environment: text, images, forms, company names, employee data, locations, signatures, and any other type of information.

Software BU does not edit, validate, or review submitted content. It is assumed that the client has the legal rights to all uploaded or configured data.

4. Visual Customization

The platform allows visual customization such as logos, headers, institutional colors, and messages. The client is responsible for the legal use of any uploaded images, registered trademarks, or protected content.

5. Legal Independence

This platform is fully developed and operated independently by Software BU. It does not belong to or represent any client company, including those whose names or logos may have been uploaded by users.

6. Security and Privacy

The system implements reasonable security measures: data encryption, access control, activity logging, and periodic backups. However, clients are responsible for protecting their credentials and managing internal authorized access.

7. Electronic Signatures and Evidence

Some modules allow for digital signing with evidentiary data such as user photos, GPS location, IP address, browser agent, and timestamps. This data is stored as part of the event audit trail.

The client consents to the collection of such data as part of its internal verification and traceability processes.

8. Usage Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring that its users use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies. Software BU is not liable for damages, data loss, inaccuracies, or misuse arising from client-entered content or decisions based on platform data.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or suspend the platform at any time for technical, legal, security, or business reasons. Significant changes will be communicated to the designated administrators.
